Summary
Trackmania brings the racing madness beloved of DS owners and expands it so that Wii owners can feel the pace. With 200 tracks in six hugely different environments, gamers can use the Wiimote and Nunchuk, the gamepad and even that Wii Wheel you got with Mario Kart.
But what happens when you've beaten the 200 tracks? Simple, you design your own using the track editor, using 1,000 building blocks to create weird and wonderful raceways. These aren't just yours, though.
You can share these with anybody you like - friends and challengers – using the Wifi connection that comes as standard with your Wii. Once shared, you can then race all-comers who you've shared with... in real time.
However, if you just want to race the tracks that come with the game – and why not? - multiplayer modes including Hotseat, four-player split-screen, and worldwide, hardcore multiplayer using that Wi-fi are all included.
