Travel Games For Dummies enables players to get their hands on three popular games, namely Solitaire, Sudoku and Crosswords, all bundled together in one bargain package. For the genuine dummies out there in Gamerland, an easy to navigate user interface enables you to easily learn how to play these games.
If you're unfamiliar with any of the three games on offer, then you can begin by going over the basics in a simple tutorial mode. From there, you can take part in practice modes where you can get hints while you play. Then you can engage in full games on your own, with no assistance, and put your new skills to the test. There is a selection of difficulty levels on offer, ranging from the very basics through to the downright brain-frying!
Crosswords are pretty much self-explanatory, and if you haven't had a crack at one before now, well, where have you been? There are essentially two types: cryptic and not so cryptic! The Solitaire option is generous, with 10 variations such as Klondike and Pyramid. Finally, the Sudoku section comes with a highlighting option, candidate options and practice mode.
