Xbone graphics seem more pixelated or blocky compared to the PS4 but the colours on the Xbone seem better.

There's negligible difference in my opinion. They have slight lighting differences, but I wouldn't say either one is "worse" or "better". Just change the settings on your TV if it's that big a deal.
