Battlefield 3 Patch Brings Load and Black Screen Fixes

I read this before lunch and thought, "Oooh, it might take less than ten minutes to get into a game on my lunchbreak today!" When lunchtime came around, I found that the patch had made it impossible for me to get into any games at all.

Another partial success.

Well this patch didn't help me at all. Ever since the update i have a black screen...

what a total rip off, couldn't get the game to work before (stuck in a loading screen with a glowing tank) and now after the update, just a black screen

Yeah I guess they added the black screen for us who didnt have the problem before, just to eaven things out

Battlefield 3 RU Version Blackscreen because of no patching the language change files like de or the en files there is the prob need new patched language files

This patch has added tha black screen for me.

i got the russian cd key aswell and i alswell as all you other men of gaming, paid the ferryman to enjoy the game, and yet i all see is darkness

I had the same issue after installing this nov 22 patch of bf3 and i tried this solution to fix this.
Its a problem with users who owns Russian version of the game. You are required to have english lang files.
download this ***n00b weblink removed*** paste it in game folder. and chanbge game language by editing registry or by bf3 lang changer. It worked for me and hope it will work for you as well if you are getting black screen at the time of joining server with sound and animation on sp mode.
